I am a qualified Counsellor with a diploma in counselling and a foundation degree in counselling through Bath Spa University at UCW (University Centre Weston). I hold a Diploma in Depression Counselling and in Mindfulness. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I also offer the Rewind Technique which is a technique for processing traumatic memories enabling the client to take back control of their responses to triggers of their traumatic experience without having to retell it or relive it.
I believe we are all unique and have the potential to change and determine what works best for you. Therefore, developing a belief in your ability to cope and have a better understanding of self through the therapeutic process. I will work by your agenda and at your own pace. I offer a safe place with empathy in a non-judgemental environment.
