My name is Nolan Richardson and I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist.

I have worked with people of different ages, from a variety of social, cultural and educational backgrounds on a range of issues and concerns. I recognise that everyone’s experience of life is unique. As a result, I use a relational and collaborative approach to therapy, bringing together different theories and methods to find what works best for each person.

By working together, we will create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. We will do this in a way that will help you to address and manage the difficulties or questions that have brought you to therapy. These sessions can be held over the phone, online or in-person.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work in accordance with their ethical guidelines.
 

Nolan's fee is £27 for face to face sessions (in Cardiff Bay) or £22 for online.
