Mireia is a qualified Integrative Counsellor having completed her FdSc in Counselling through the University of Gloucestershire at City of Bristol College. As an Integrative Counsellor Mireia has a knowledge of a wide range of theories and techniques which she tailors to the individual needs of the people that she supports. Mireia is a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist (BACP).
Mireia has extensive experience of working with children, young people and adults with learning difficulties and disabilities offering them support, information and advice. Mireia also has experience of providing counselling through the NHS to those suffering with lifelong conditions and life-threatening illnesses. Mireia is also passionate about working with individuals with eating disorders. Mireia is also able to provide support to the friends and family of those affected by eating disorders.
Mireia also has experience of working with the following concerns:
Anxiety, Dementia, Depression, Grief, Loss and Bereavement, Low self-esteem, Relationship issues, Self-harm and Suicidal thoughts.
Mireia believes that people have the ability to change and move forward. She is passionate about understanding people’s life experiences and she feels honored to be part of the self-discovering journey that she embarks on with the individuals that she supports. She will not give advice or solutions, but she will offer you a warm, honest, and non-judgmental place to discuss your worries. Mireia is able to provide counselling in both Spanish and English.
Mireia is also able to provide Skype counselling sessions.
Christos is a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist having completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and his Master’s Degree in Counselling from the Universities of Coventry and Derby respectively. Christos is currently undertaking his Doctoral Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire. He is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). The approach that Christos uses can suit anyone, as he implements evidence-based interventions that can meet the individual needs of each person he supports.

Christos is here to offer you a safe and comfortable environment to express and understand yourself under a strictly confidential way. He will support you towards finding your inner strength in order to overcome obstacles in life.
Christos is able to provide counselling in English and Greek.
Karen is a qualified Counsellor with a B.A (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling from the University of Nottingham. She is accredited with the National Counselling Society (NCS).
Karen has experience of setting up and running a counselling service in a college sixth form. She has completed an applied suicide assist programme and mental health first aid training.
Her approach is person centred, which is non-judgemental and offers a space to explore whatever brings you to counselling in a safe place. This space is for you to talk and be truly listened too. Karen does not give advice but ‘walks’ alongside the you during the counselling experience.

Depression, anxiety , self-harm, grief and loss, attachment, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, relationship issues, eating disorders, stress, long term illnesses, anger, expressing emotions, low mood, job loss, identity and transitions.
