Julie Moseley

Hello. My name is Julie and I am in my final year  as a trainee psychotherapeutic counsellor .  I use a pluralistic approach. This  means I can select from the main counselling theories to find a way to help you that meets your needs . I am particularly committed to a person centred approach (PCT)  where there is a focus on exploring together whatever may be worrying you and maybe using  strategies from Psychodynamic counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to develop an approach  that is right for you. This will be your time to share your thoughts and feelings in an empathetic,  safe, confidential  and non- judgmental therapeutic relationship.

I have a BA in Education from the University of East Anglia, am an ex-teacher and also work part time to support adoptive parents as a Peer Support Partner .

I am a member of the National Counselling Society and I abide by their code of practice to ensure that I offer you the service  you need.

I can support you face to face at the Cardiff Bay Office or online or a mixture of both.

Julie's fee is £15 per session.
